Lost Souls Paint the Southbank Centre (Year 2)

Lost Souls were invited back to paint at the Southbank Centre (London) alongside Global Street Art and a bunch of awesome street artists to make our mark over Urban weekend.

Using the theme of ‘love’ for inspiration, alongside Dank and Cept amongst others.

I usually love painting, almost as much as I love drawing, but I really struggled on this day.

I had burnt myself out working loads and was drained, plus we thought we had a smaller wall this year. It wasn’t until the day when we found out we had our old wall back, but we struggled with the amount of paint we had and I don’t think it was our strongest wall.

A very sleepy and drained SPZero76 had to step out of day 2, head back to Bristol and leave it down to the rest of the Souls who tied the wall up amazingly.

They did such a good job that GQ Magazine featured our wall on their web site. Sweet!

The art took place on Level 1 road, between Queen Elizabeth Hall & Hayward Gallery (access via Southbank Centre Square),  between 10am – 6pm.
